Carbon Monoxide Alarms

California New State Law requires that all existing single-family homes that contain a gas heater or appliance, fireplace or an attached garage must install at least one carbon monoxide (CO) alarms.  CO alarms must be either battery powered or plug-in with battery backup.  It is very important to check and replace your battery backup at least annually.  Oliver Electric is more than happy to inspect and install as necessary.  Call today for your free estimate.
